Containerakademiet and Clementin Seedorf are pleased to invite you to 'The Shimmering Beast', a screening night with artist films and a live performance by Croatian Amor..

The event will take place on Friday 16 August at 6 pm at Containerakademiet in Nordhavn. The screening will feature films by:

After the screening there will be a live ambient performance by Croatian Amor. The film program is curated by the artist-run gallery Clementin Seedorf.

The artists at Containerakademiet in Nordhavnn invite the public to a series of events based on questions and conversations that arise from contemporary artistic practices and its social and political conditions. In 2024 the event-series is organized by Vibe Overgaard and Philipp Moritz Karweick who have put together a diverse program that addresses topics ranging from urban development to the archeology of ceramics. The series includes lectures, workshops, the presentation of works of art as well as screenings. The event-series is supported by Art Hub Copenhagen.
