Kolyada - The Ukrainian musical and poetic ensemble Pyrih & Batih, which captivated Danish and international audiences during its performances in Copenhagen this past August, will bring the spirit of Ukrainian folk music to life by performing ancient Christmas carols, known as Kolyada. Pyrih & Batih will hold performances at the Ukraine House and at St. Peter's church and other locations in early December. «Pyrih i Batih» - is a musical and poetic project, the purpose of which is to popularize the Ukrainian language with the help of musical, poetic and song forms, including by carefully modernizing the folk song heritage.
