Enjoy the immersive music as the Argentine sextet plays the best tangos from their homeland. The "Orquesta de Señoritas" is a tango sextet from the city of Rosario, made up of women.

Their repertoire includes traditional tangos as well as their own compositions.
Their concert features instrumental themes by traditional composers like Di Sarli, Fresedo, Gobbi, Plaza, Piazzolla among others arranged by the pianist and composer Javier Martínez Lo Re - an outstanding musician from the city of Rosario and sungthemes of composition in lyrics and music of two orchestra members: Yanina Bolognese and Irmgard Münchgesang.
The show also features the poetry of one of its members, Julia Martinez

Vinterjazz in Union
The concert program in Union is part of the nationwide music festival Vinterjazz on 30 January - 23 February 2025. In Union, we invite you to a range of exciting jazz concerts, each of which in their own way reflects Union's eclectic cultural programme. In other words, you should not expect traditional jazz, but rather a journey to the global roots of jazz.
