We will throughout the class cover all key elements needed to make a perfect bowl of ramen and delicious gyoza, which is crispy on the outside, but juicy on the inside.
In the class, you will learn to make:
Gyoza wrapper from scratch
Gyoza filling and the folding techniques
Gyoza dipping sauce
Ramen pork broth with miso flavor
Ramen tare sauce
Ramen topping: ajtama seasoned boiled egg, cooked pork, steamed veggies
Perfectly boiled noodles.
Class will be held in English. Feel free to bring your own drinks and boxes for any leftovers.
