The band consists of Adam Spanggaard Saarup, Andreas Darger, Marie Rørbæk and Martina Nielsen, who all have roots in the world of rock, but combine the angular guitar riffs and pounding bass passages with the pulse of club music. At the same time, they love pop's grip on the catchy choruses where no emotion is too great. It's punchy, danceable and catchy as hell!
UBLU released their first EP in 2022 and has recently participated in the Dansk Melodi Grand Prix 2024 with 'Planetary Hearts', a song about "feeling a longing for something that you don't necessarily know what is - so the only thing you can do is jump into the galaxy". The band now makes its glorious return with the single 'Portals', ushering in a new era for their second EP.
