Descended directly from dinosaurs and thriving on every continent, they are masters of the air, land and sea. But, from the intricate nests they build to the musical sounds they make, how often do we stop and admire these special creatures? Join this hands-on workshop to explore everything avian with your child. You don't have to be an expert, and we certainly don't mind a bit of mess. At the end of the workshop you will have creatively explored the biology of flight, beaks, feathers and eggs. You'll also be able to bring home a bird feeder and nesting material dispenser of your own, to hang outdoors and encourage some feathered friends to visit your garden.
Each child must be accompanied by an adult.
