Join us for Karmic Mondays at Unique by Grace. café! Every second Monday, we create a space for yoga, meditation. and reflection, inviting you to connect with yourself and others. We will begin with an hour of Vinyasa or Hatha and.

Some breathwork. Then we will unwind with a warm cup of tea and flow into
meditation. We'll finish with a moment of journaling.

No prior experience is needed - whether you are new to
yoga or experienced yogi, everyone is welcome.

Entrance Fee: 60kr. All profits go to Grace Kbh,
supporting people in need, particularly those experiencing homelessness.

What to bring:* A yoga mat. Or contact us in advance
to rent one for 25kr.* Your favourite journal. We'll also provide paper and
pens if you don't have one.
Please arrive 5 minutes early so we can start on time.
