In this session, I invite you to set intentions on what you want to release. As we move inward, we move from our head into our body, allowing ourselves to feel.
We begin our session with Blue lotus tea & felt sense meditation, which will gently guide you into a deeper connection with your body. It is designed to help you drop into the present moment with ease, fostering a greater sense of awareness and grounding. By becoming more attuned to your body, you set the stage for the following deeper healing work.
The Blue Lotus Flower, Nymphaea caerulea, also known as the Blue Water Lily, is an ancient sacred flower with medicinal properties - it softens the mind, opens intuition, and increases feelings of sensory aliveness and connection. It's a beautiful, gentle plant medicine that can be combined with connected breathing practices to bridge the seen and unseen realms.
Blue Lotus promotes relaxation, increases blood flow, gently induces expanded states of consciousness, and euphoria, and is known as an aphrodisiac. Read about contraindications.
From there, we will move into a breathwork journey- we use our breath to access subconscious programming and release everything that doesn't serve us.
Breathwork helps you move and transform stuck energies, and regulate your nervous system. You'll experience conscious connected breathwork-guided by music and vocal guidance-which can induce altered states of consciousness, activate deep emotional release, and open space for transformative self-discovery. This space will allow you to free your mind, tap into your body, and discover what you are holding onto that doesn't allow you to move forward.
No prior experience is needed, as you'll be guided every step along. Please note, that there are some contraindications to this style of breathwork. Event details:
