We're thrilled to invite you to a transformative SOMA Breathwork session - a powerful experience designed to access deeper states of being and to recharge your body and mind at a cellular level.
With the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls and shamanic instruments, you'll be supported in reaching a profound state of harmony.

Health Considerations

The breathwork practice requires a basic level of health. Out of precaution, we advise against participation during pregnancy, or if you are epileptic. People with cardiovascular issues, or any other serious health conditions should always consult a medical professional before doing breathwork.

How to Prepare

Avoid heavy meals 90 minutes prior to the session.
Wear comfortable clothing.
Bring your own yoga mat
Bring an eye pillow (if you have one).
Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated.

Meet Your Instructor: Sara Lystbæk

Sara is a certified Advanced SOMA Breath instructor and yoga teacher dedicated to guiding others into deep self-awareness through breathwork, meditation, and the power of sound. Drawing from her background as a medical scientist, she seamlessly blends ancient healing traditions with modern scientific insights to create transformative experiences.
Her personal journey of self-discovery and healing began during her fast-paced consulting career, where she discovered that breath is a key to unlocking our full potential and achieving lasting balance. Now, she shares this knowledge through immersive breathwork sessions at festivals, studios, and corporate events, while her guided breathwork journeys reach listeners around the globe.
As a skilled spaceholder, Sara's soft voice and nurturing presence cultivate a sacred environment for deep surrender and transformation, supporting each individual on their unique path to growth and healing.
