Some moments will be fiery and raw, others soft and grounding or playful and liberating.

Conscious connected breath that takes you beyond your mind and patterns opening the senses and a deep presence, opening to recieving and sharing, to life force and magic!Bioenergetics: A powerful release - using the breath, melting away armor and stagnation to awaken the wild, nourishing and vibrant flow of energy, joy and pleasure within you.Tantric Tools & Intimacy: We'll explore connection - both with yourself and others - in ways that open for authenticity and heart- and body-opening intimacyDance, Inquiry, Meditation, Healing Islands and moreCome as you are, with all that you carry. Jeanina Dhara is a body-oriented therapist and mindset coach whose passion is to support people to access their full life force, juice, joy, love, embodiment, power and sovereignty.
