For this session, we delved into old cookbooks to find inspiring recipes and combined them with some of our most beloved flavors.
It's winter, and we all need nutritious, healthy food. That's why we've sourced fresh root vegetables from Copenhagen while also bringing in key flavors straight from Istanbul. For us, a shared table with family and friends, good conversation, and time-honored dishes creates a special atmosphere. And of course, no such table is complete without wine and raki!
Our menu features carefully selected wines from different regions of Anatolia . And as for our beloved spirit-call it Arak, Araki, Rakija, Tsipouro-our triple-distilled, grape-based raki will be on the table. Plus, you'll have the rare chance to taste a 2,000-year-old drink, Conditum Paradoxum!

At the Meyhane, we love to pause and enjoy acoustic music. There's something magical about a room where everyone listens while a musician plays. This time, we've invited our dear friends Karayagini, a fantastic Rebetiko trio from Copenhagen!
As you may know, Karayagini plays many concerts in Copenhagen throughout the year, and aren't we super lucky to have them play just for us? Rebetiko is often called the Aegean blues, with themes of migration, longing, and exile. It has its roots in the Meyhanes of Athens, Piraeus, Thessaloniki, Izmir, and Istanbul.
Good food, great drinks, amazing music... but the best part? Being together and sharing moments
