Bitter Honey are an eclectic musical collective, featuring members from Denmark, England, and Iceland. Our focus is on writing melodic, well structured songs with poetic, meaningful lyrics. We formed in 2023, and have been busy since; writing, practicing, performing live, and recording. The single Whose Eyes Are These? was released in 2024, and our debut album will be released in 2025.
