"I have stripped the theatre, and by doing so, I have stripped myself.". THIS IS NOT A SHOW. THE MAKING is an interdisciplinary work that weaves together film, Argentinian tango, contemporary ballet, and dance theatre.
Inspired by the Dogma95 film movement and existentialist thought, the work places the artists and their creative process at the heart of the performance
Against the backdrop of an increasingly chaotic and urgent world, THE MAKING reflects on creation as an intimate and profound act of resistance, inviting the audience to witness dance taking shape as it unfolds before them.
THE MAKING was created in Buenos Aires and Copenhagen and is performed in English.

Sarah Louise Bielenberg
Karoline Gammelgaard Jensen
Sarah Olivia Klitgaard
