Every day during weeks 7 and 8 of the winter holidays, the whole family can visit the Viking Ship Museum and take a special guided tour where you will go through a series of tasks that will prepare you to become really brave and good sailors

Winter is still upon us! The dark hours are long and supplies are running low. But even though the cold is harsh and stomachs are empty, there is hope

Spring and bright, warm days will soon return, and this summer, the Vikings will be ready to go on a raid! That's why we're using the winter holidays to get you ready to board the Viking ships and join the voyage like real sailors!

Among other things, you'll have the opportunity to make your own little leather wallet. A small and practical wallet that can hold some of the most important items for your future voyages aboard the Viking ships.

Activities in the winter holidays weeks 7 and 8

Guided tours:
11.00: Family tour - How to become a good sailor?

13.00: Guided tour of the Viking Ship Hall (ENG)

14.00: Family tour - How to become a good sailor?

Activities:

• Make your own purse in the workshop in the Hamlet
• Visit the Maritime Archaeologists' Doculab on weekdays
• Visit the Boatyard where boats are built on weekdays
• Solve the Museum Mystery with Astrid (via USEEUM app)
• Listen to the Audio Guide, with tracks for both adults and children (via USEEUM app)
• Climb aboard the exhibition, where children and adults can go on a trading journey
• Visit the Hamlet and let the kids play like the Vikings

Family ticket for 2 adults and all children under 18 years: 230 DKK
Adults: 125 DKK
Season ticket: 180 DKK
Children 0-17 years: Always free admission
