The world is a mess, but have hope! I'll present some of my newest songs and improvisations, and try to make sense of the sadness and the madness through a playful, joyful exploration of musicality, nonsense, introspection, and experimentation.

Sad Songs for No Tomorrow - a Prologue

Hi! I'm Horatiu, a songwriter and improviser. I am worried about the state of the world. It's a mess, and it's getting worse. I make music to try and make it better.

My project "Sad Songs for No Tomorrow" is a series of hopeful songs about despairing in a world thrown into chaos - extremism, misinformation, etc. This concert is a unique free exploration of this concept - a prologue.

Some part of me still has hope for the future and I try to put out hopeful stories so that they may come true.

I'll be singing and telling stories in English, and playing piano and synth, with guest stars accompanying me on this brave journey that we'll take together, into the dark and scary unknown.

The event is self-funded so every little bit helps me and my fellow musicians continue making our art!
