I invite you to a ceremony of self-care for women. I will hold the space for eight women who wish to connect to their sacred feminine through movement, breathing, and healing.

These practices will support our intuition and sense of freedom in our bodies, a vital aspect to women's health. We will move softly, with intention, through subtle movement and wider stretches. There will be breathwork and breath connection conforming to the themes of each session. We will end each session with acupuncture with needle retention and a guided visualization/meditation. It will be a deeply relaxing and nourishing practice.The themes for the 4 classes are:04/11- Sweet Surrender11/11- River Currents18/11 - Cultivating Grounding02/12- Opening the Heart to GratitudeYou can attend one of the events or several of them. If you wish to attend all of the events you can write to me and we can arrange a price of 1200 for all 4 sessions.About me: I am a RAB registered acupuncturist and a yoga instructor with many years experience in the field.
