- Goddess Yoga & Guided Meditations: Nurture your body and soul with practices designed specifically for women. Through a combination of asanas, breathwork, and meditation, we will get in touch with our body and our consciousness, supporting emotional healing, awakening our energy and eliminating stress and inner tensions.
- Hot Tub Relaxation: Together we will enjoy a deeply fulfilling experience of hot tubs in nature, home made scrubs and candle lights.
- Yoni Egg Workshop: Each participant will receive as a gift a yoni egg and we will learn together how to use them to awaken our erotic energy and heal any traumas regarding sexuality.
- Feminine Cycles & Nutrition: Gain insights on how your cycle influences your health and how we can balance our hormones through diet and yogic techniques.
