Curious About Cold Plunging?Join us for a guided cold plunge experience, perfect for beginners or those looking to deepen their practice! Cold plunging is rapidly gaining popularity for its incredible mental and physical benefits.

It boosts the immune system, improves circulation, lifts your mood, reduces inflammation, and helps you reclaim control over your body-building confidence along the way.
We'll be doing this together in a supportive group setting, which adds extra motivation and a sense of community. I'll provide guidance throughout, offering both physical and mental tools to help you prepare for and enjoy the experience. We'll begin with breathing exercises to get ready for the plunge, and after, we'll warm up with more breathing techniques.
We'll meet at Islands Brygge Kulturhus, where we'll have a warm space to start and end the session. For those who want to keep the good vibes going, there's an optional group breakfast afterward.

About me: I discovered breathwork and cold plunging during one of the most challenging times in my life. I was experiencing burnout, panic attacks, and a deep sense of disconnection from my body. These two practices became my lifeline, completely transforming my mental and physical well-being. Breathwork and cold plunging have since become part of my daily routine, and the impact has been life-changing.
Inspired by my own journey, I became a certified SOMA Breathwork facilitator, and now I'm passionate about sharing these tools with others. Through the events and workshops I host, I help people reconnect with themselves and discover practical ways to improve their lives.
