At this 2 hour solstice workshop, we will move softly, meditate on sound, open our voices, surrender into deep relaxation and restoration in the sound-current of drums, harmonium, strings, and co-created harmony of our own voices.
About the facilitators:
Hugrún Fjóla is a singer/song-writer and yoga teacher trainer from Iceland. She delivers the sound current with an angelic, crystalline and soul-moving voice that goes straight to the heart. She weaves her sound to create a deep and heartfelt tapestry of peaceful and loving transformation. She goes by the artist name Fjóla and you can find her mantra recordings on the album Inner Landscape, co-created with Daniel Higuera in 2019.
Daniel Higuera is a recognized sound healer and musician with deep roots in both jazz percussion and the healing arts. Hailing from the USA, Daniel has woven his musical passion into the realm of world chant music, collaborating with global icons like Snatam Kaur and Ajeet. From corporate retreats to intimate gatherings, Daniel draws on his years of international performance, infusing every experience with the energy of vibrant rhythm.
