9.00- Arrival time
9.10 - Workshop starts, setting intention, connecting to worldwide community
9.20 - 10.20 - Hatha and Vinyasa yoga session
10.20 - 10.30 - Break with tea and refreshments
10.30 - 11.30 - Grounding Yin Yoga class
11.30-11.40 - Stillness of Savasana - integrating the practice
11.40 - 11.45 - Closing the session.
