Irish singer, songwriter and producer,Richard Farrell, has been walking the path of music, playing extensively in Ireland until his departure to Denmark in 2015.
Since then he has won 3 Danish Music Awards for Blues with his other project Trainman Blues. Richard has been writing, recording and singing for musicians and producers from all around the world under his own name and under the moniker, J Fitz. He has released songs through Universal Music and had highly successful releases with his collaborations, some tracks have streams over 2 million on Youtube and Spotify. Richard is currently working with Jacob Banks' producer, Sillkey. They plan to release two beautiful tracks by the end of 2022 and beginning of 2023, keep your ears pealed

His new project is the Richard Farrell Quartet, a eclectic mix of soul, jazz, blues and world music. In September 2022 they released their first single and video, 'Catch You In Another Life'. This was followed by Coconut Grove, a cover from the 60's band, Lovin' Spoonful. The band are releasing 3 singles from December on wards off their upcoming LP, Bathing In Cold Water, which will be released in February 2023 online and on vinyl.
The quartet features an all star cast of musicians from Copenhagen. On keys is Lars Emil Riis Madsen (Sahra Da Silva, We Go Where We Go, Hogo Fogo), on bass is Spencer Gross(Twang, We Go Where We Go, Soluna Samay, Hogo Fogo,) and on drums is Lars Heiberg Andersen(Trainman Blues, All My Exes, Space Dudes).
