Get in the water with us and learn a lot more about sea vegetables. We meet at the company (Annebergparken 28 B) after which we walk towards the water with waders.
We start with a short introduction about the Annberg Kulturpark and the many actors, after which we take a look inside the company - Dansk Tang. After this, we will walk with waders over our shoulders down towards the Isefjord (400 metres). On the safari, we will get to know and harvest seaweed (vegetables of the sea). The safari is characterized by new discoveries, new taste impressions and the excitement of finding as many species as possible. We expect to find between 6 - 8 different types. We take you by the hand and answer questions such as: what should you pay attention to when harvesting seaweed yourself, which season is best and where are the different types of seaweed? Take a bag with you so you can take some seaweed home for your own consumption. When we return from the water, there will be an opportunity to buy some of our products. We have waders, but you are welcome to bring your own. The tour is not for the disabled and at your own risk. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Before and after the seaweed safari, there is the opportunity to experience many exciting things in Anneberg Kulturpark, where we are based.
