Motion for livet
Undervisning i optimale omgivelser

POSITIVE DEVELOPMENT COMES WITH EXERCISE AT AN EARLY AGE!
"Karate for young children is now a reality at CSKK"
With great success, CSKK has offered karate instruction in a fun and playful way for the youngest in the community for 10 years.
It is a wonderful way to introduce children to an active leisure life while refining their fine motor skills.
Stimulating the child's fine motor skills
Training in the mini karate group, known as mini-kyu, helps develop the child's enjoyment of using their body and therefore develop their fine motor skills, coordination, and balance.
Karate should be integrated with play
The intention is not to develop small karate masters, although it would be a nice outcome.
But with karate as the focal point, there are plenty of games and fun activities with exercises and challenges that not only strengthen the physical body but also enhance attention, concentration, and the ability to understand and perform a given instruction with their own body.
Discipline is a natural part of karate
The training is structured to take into account each child's needs while also teaching each child to consider others.
Discipline is a natural part of karate and helps create a sense of security and safety.
Exercise for life
The success criterion is that the joy of exercise becomes an integrated part of your child's sport.
And therefore, the sport becomes an integrated part of the child's active future.
Teaching in optimal surroundings
The training takes place in the centrally located Kildeskovshal.
You will be training in a lovely hall with plenty of space for activities and with peers, future friends.
So come and join us - We look forward to seeing you and your parents.
