We invite you to join AN HOUR WITH Teresa Ves Liberta as she delves into the development process of "Make a Tea, Summon a Demon".
An artistic research that investigates hyper femininity, desire and violence through the media of performance, installation and poetry.
In June this year Teresa had a two weeks in residency at HAUT dedicated to this project. She invited Alectra Rothschild, Fayxka and Tanis Silke Nielsen on board, and together they used the video game Tomb Raider as the means to dive into the themes, reflecting on the politics and aesthetics of the game and creating an immersive world that stretched and expanded the games narratives and symbols.
This morning will share some of the discoveries and experiences gathered through the project this far.

AN HOUR WITH is HAUT's format for an informal conversation, which provides space for short or intense immersion in an artistry or an artistic practice. It is an opportunity to meet artists in an informal setting and gain insight into knowledge that is usually only available to the people who are part of the work process.
Teresa Ves Liberta was invited into the two week residency at HAUT to support both her artistic process and the process of establishing herself in the Danish performing arts community. Quim Bigas was co-curator for this residency.
