The Church of Our Saviour was built during the reign of Christian V by the architect Lambert van Haven from 1682 to 96 in baroque style. The very characteristic tower with the spiral staircase was put up 1730 and designed by Laurids de Thurah - inspired by a church in Rome: SantIvo della Sapienza. Church and tower open to the public daily except Sunday during church services
